Speaking at a press conference to launch the annual campaign to collect donations for Al-Quds in 2010, Abdelkebir Alaoui M'Daghri said the Agency will speed up the pace of the implementation of projects thanks to the support of HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee.
The Agency will continue to support the education and health sectors and address the situation of the Al Aqsa Mosque and religious sites in the holy city, he added.
The Director General of the Agency also announced the launch in the holy city of "Kafalat Al Yatim" (Orphan foster care) program, which is meant to take care of 500 orphans in a first stage.
