Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Summit (December 16-20), Benmoussa said the event was an occasion to spot the shortcomings of the African communes' management methods, as well as their interaction with the local, national and continental environment.
The Africities Summit has become a tradition and a real space for dialogue, political debate, and the sharing of expertise and knowledge related to human development, Benmoussa said.
The minister commended the outcome of the event, which is the fruit of the participants' unwavering will and high sense of responsibility.
