The agenda of the meeting, prepared by the permanent delegates of the Arab League member states, touches in particular on the Palestinian cause, the Arab-Israeli conflict and the Arab peace initiative.
    The Arab ministers will examine several issues, including the occupied Syrian Golan Heights, solidarity with Lebanon, a Syrian proposal to set up an Arab mechanism for the settlement of inter-Arab disputes and a Yemeni plan to activate common Arab action.
