China satisfied at strong relations with Morocco
Chinese Vice Foreign Minister expressed satisfaction with the excellent relations between his country and Morocco.

Bilateral "relations are characterized by mutual trust, and they are promised a better future," Zhai Jun told MAP at the end of the 5th session of bilateral political consultations, held in Beijing on April 13-14.

"The two countries are satisfied at and proud of the development of their relations," Zhai said, underlining "the considerable potentials and the vast cooperation prospects."

The 5th bilateral political consultations were an opportunity for both parties to underline the shared views regarding several issues of common interest, the Chinese official said.

"We share the same views" regarding the challenges facing the world, Zhai said, stressing the need to "coordinate positions and endeavor to defend common interests."

He highlighted Morocco's role in the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, saying that the Kingdom is "an important player in this process."
