"This is not a secret prison but an administrative headquarters of the Direction générale de la Surveillance du territoire," Naciri told the press on Sunday in Rabat. "We are working in complete transparency and sincerity."
He said that the Justice Minister gave his instructions to the public prosecutor to conduct the necessary investigations on the scene.
The National Council for Human Rights and MPs are preparing to do the same, he added. "We should put an end to this story."
On the rally held to organize a march on Sunday in the city of Temara, the Minister said that the protest did not meet the legal requirements.
"This is not reasonable when it is done by people who say that they are militating in favour of the rule of law," he noted.
The rule of law and its institutions hinge on abiding by all legal provisions, he said, hoping that everyone will be reasonable while dealing with such matters.
