Fassi Fihri, who presented at the weekly cabinet meeting the latest development on the Sahara issue, said the enemies of Morocco's territorial integrity use human rights as "a strategic approach to obscure Morocco's achievements at the international level" following the Kingdom's proposal to grant substantive autonomy to its southern provinces, the Sahara.
"The international community has realized that Algeria avoids negotiations as the UN and influent countries stress that the pivotal issue is not a case, which was treated from a humanitarian point of view, but the launch of serious negotiations aiming to find a compromised political settlement," he said.
