The ministry added that according to the published of Prime Minister No. 13 / 2011, dated 2 November 2011 will be awarded to all frames, stuff , agents of public sector, groups of territorial integrity and public institutions with interests all the facilities of excellence in order to enable them to exercise their right to vote and the performance of their national duty by participating in the elections of members of the House of Representatives to be held on Friday 25 November 2011.
By the same occasion the Ministry of Employment calls for all facilities to be granted to employees to perform their duty in the national entitlement of November 25. The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training also called to provide all facilities to employees to enable them to exercise their national duty of participating in voting on Friday, November 25. Upon the communication of the ministry , all the managers of private sector : industrial, commercial ,services of agriculture and forest  should grant "all the necessary facilities for their employees in order to enable them to perform their national duty of participating in a voting on Friday, 25 November 2011, as well as by giving them paid hours so they can navigate to the polls enrolled and a commitment by the requirements of the Constitution and the Organic Law for the election of the House of Representatives. "
