The two Sovereigns highlighted, once again, the excellent ties between the two royal families.
They also lauded the development of bonds between the two friendly kingdoms, the good neighborliness, as well as the efforts made in this regard by the two governments in recent years.
The two leaders said the incidents that occurred over the past few weeks cannot, in any way, affect the solid Moroccan-Spanish relations.
The two Monarchs agreed to hold an informal meeting in the near future.

HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the faithful, sent, on the occasion of the sacred month of Ramadan, congratulatory messages to heads of brotherly Islamic States.
In these messages, the monarch expressed his heartfelt wishes of health and well-being for these leaders, and of further progress and prosperity for their peoples.
HM the King said that the advent of Ramadan is reminiscent of the strong bonds of brotherhood that unite Muslims, as well as the pressing duty to help and support each other.
It also reminds Muslims of the need to close ranks in order to move forward, work constructively to improve the situation of the Umma, and boost the confidence of our brotherly peoples to achieve their aspirations of unity and consolidate the ties of solidarity and cooperation.
Thus, they could participate more effectively in the development of "human civilization and the consolidation of peace in the world."
HM the King reaffirmed Morocco’s unwavering stances on the just causes of the Umma, on top of which the Palestinians’ cause and their legitimate right to establish an independent State, with Al-Quds as capital.
The sovereign renewed the Kingdom’s support for the national unity of Lebanon, Iraq and Sudan. He also reiterated Morocco’s steadfast commitment to revitalizing the Arab Maghreb Union (AMU) as a strategic choice aimed at materializing the aspirations of unity, complementarity and integration.

HM the King to grant humanitarian aid to flood-stricken Pakistani populations
Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI decided to grant emergency humanitarian aid to flood-stricken Pakistani populations, a statement by the Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
This humanitarian relief, which shows solidarity with the brotherly people of Pakistan, is made up of one million US dollars in cash and another $1mln worth of medicine consignments, it said.
A plane carrying 12 tonnes of humanitarian aid took off on Wednesday morning from Kenitra (40km north of Rabat).
