The four-year programme, aimed at correcting spatial imbalances and promoting the population's access to entertainment facilities, will benefit 360,000 people in the province.
It revolves around urban development, the creation of sports and educational areas and the promotion of green areas.
The first agreement, worth 370 million dirhams, provides for protecting the city of Bni Nsar against floods, rehabilitating the road network, and developing squares and entertainment areas.
The second, worth 180 million dirhams, concerns the creation of seven leisure halls, six swimming pools, six socio-educational complexes, and 10 sports areas.
As to the third (50 million dirhams), it provides for developing the High Commission for Water and Forests nursery in Zeghanghene and incorporating it into the urban landscape, developing the Zaio forest space and the green areas of many communes, and carrying out reforestation operations in the target zones.
