The Sovereign was greeted by the dean of the diplomatic corps accredited to Morocco and the African diplomatic corps, the dean of the Arab diplomatic corps, the dean of the European diplomatic corps, the dean of the American diplomatic corps and the dean of the Asian diplomatic corps.
HM the King was also greeted by the Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi, Speaker of the House of Representatives Abdelouahed Radi, Speaker of the House of Advisors Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah, first president of the Supreme Court Mustapha Farès, public prosecutor to this Court Mustapha Meddah, chairman of the constitutional council Mohamed Achergui, chairman of the Court of Auditors Ahmed El Midaoui, chairman of the Economic and Social Council Chakib Benmoussa, chairman of the Competition Council Abdelali Benamour, chairman of the Central Authority for the Prevention of Corruption Abdesselam Aboudrar, chairman of the Mediator Institution Abdelaziz Benzakour, and chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) Khalihenna Ould Errachid.
The monarch was also greeted by Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) General Abdelaziz Bennani, lieutenant general Hosni Benslimane, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie General Bouchaib Arroub, Inspector of auxiliary forces (southern zone) Major General Ahmed Boutaleb, Inspector of Royal Air Forces Brigadier Mohamed Laghmari, Inspector of the Royal Navy Brigadier Haddou Hajjar, and Inspector of auxiliary forces (northern zone) Charki Draiss, in addition to other high-ranking military figures.
He was also greeted by archbishop of Rabat Vincent Lamdel, pastor Samuel Amedro, chairman of the evangelical church in Morocco and Yossef Israel, chief rabbi.
The head of the Royal Archives Bahija Simou handed, on this occasion, to HM the King her book entitled "allegiance, an eternal pact between the King and the People."
On the same occasion, HM the King decorated several personalities with royal wissams.
