HM the King receives new foreign ambassadors

 HM King Mohammed VI received, on Tuesday at the royal palace of Tétouan (northern Morocco), several foreign ambassadors who came to present their credentials to the Sovereign.

 

    They are Belgian ambassador Jean-Lus Bodson, Egyptian Aboubakr Mohamad Hafni Mahmoud, Canadian Christopher Wilkie, Greek Panayotis Stournaras, Kuwaiti Mohamad Saleh Ahmad Al-Douikh, Sudanese Tayeb Ali Ahmad, and US Samuel L. Kaplan.

    The Monarch also received the ambassadors of Ghana Clifford Nii Amon Kotey, of France Bruno Joubert, of Oman Moussa Ben Hamdane Ben Moussa Attaie, of Argentina José Pedro Pico, of Tunisia Assadeq El-Korbi and Head of the European Commission delegation, ambassador Eneko Landaburu.

     HM the King received Japan and Turkey's ambassadors, Haruko Hirose and Mehmet Haluk Ilicak respectively, who came to take leave of the Sovereign at the end of their diplomatic mission and awarded the two diplomats the Alaouite Wissam with the rank of Grand officer.

    The audience was attended by Foreign minister Taib Fassi Fihri and HM the King's Chamberlain Brahim Frej.
