HM the King's farsighted vision gave further momentum to Moroccan diplomacy's action: FM says

Morocco's Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri

The farsighted vision of HM King Mohammed VI has given further momentum to the Moroccan diplomacy's action, based on initiatives with concrete results, clarity, cohesion and solidarity, said Tuesday Morocco's Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri.

Strategies, political, human rights and cultural reforms and development plans initiated by HM the King for over a decade, gave a strong impetus to the Moroccan diplomacy as the internal policy is a strategic extension to external affairs, said Fassi Fihri, who was speaking at the inauguration in Rabat of the Moroccan Diplomatic Studies Academy.

This has made Morocco an actor at the international level which helps establishing peace and development and a strong partner in developing global inclusive and fair governance, as well as a key factor in the regional balance, he pointed out.

He added that the Moroccan diplomacy uses its resources and tools to respond with seriousness and credibility to the concerns of the Arab region’s common destiny, far from misleading slogans and false promises.

It has constantly and firmly supported the Palestinian cause and the protection of Al Quds, based on the fact that HM the King is the Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee and Morocco’s importance as an active country within the monitoring committee of the Arab Peace Initiative, he pointed out.
