  HM the King's speech founds continuity of plural and changing Morocco, the Sovereign's Advisor
André Azoulay, HM King Mohammed VI's Advisor, highlighted, on Tuesday at the UNESCO's  André Azoulay, HM King Mohammed VI's Advisor, highlighted, on Tuesday at the UNESCO's headquarters in Paris, the profound significance of the Monarch's speech that has founded the building "of the legitimacy and the continuity of a plural and changing Morocco."
 

    Azoulay pointed out, before the UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova, ambassadors and permanent delegates of various countries to the organization, the "dynamic change" that the Royal approach founded.

    Morocco has always endeavoured to "consolidate a societal project that refines and reinforces its modernity and universality giving its proper perspective, pluralism and to the exceptional richness of our cultural diversity," he said.
