The monarch also emphasized the need to integrate this project into a comprehensive vision, taking into consideration all its components in terms of lay-out, urban design, infrastructure improvement, equipment, legal adaptation, human resource training, and setting up techniques and management methods fitting an international financial hub.
The royal guidelines underlined the need to support this project with actions conducive to improving its environment by reviewing transport infrastructure and traffic roads to connect the area of Anfa where the financial hub will be set up on 100 ha, to the city and to the Mohammed V international airport.
HM king Mohammed VI also appointed Noureddine Bensouda as treasurer-general of the kingdom.
