HM the king offers official reception ceremony in honor of HH Amir of Kuwait
Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI offered, on Thursday at the Royal Palace of Rabat, an official reception ceremony in honor of HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who is on an official visit to the Kingdom at the invitation of the Sovereign.
     At the arrival of the illustrious guest of HM the King, twenty-one gun salute were given at the Royal Palace. Then the Sovereign and HH the Amir of Kuwait saluted the flags during the national anthems of Kuwait and Morocco.

    On this occasion, HH the Amir of Kuwait was greeted by Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi, Lower House Speaker Abdelouahed Radi, Upper House Speaker Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah, Advisors of HM the King, Cabinet members, and several senior civil, diplomatic and military officials.

    HM the King was greeted by members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir of Kuwait, notably Deputy Commander of the National Guard Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed Al-Sabah Al-Salem  Al-Sabah, Finance Minister Sheikh Mustafa Jasem Al-Shamali, Director of the Office of the Amir of Kuwait Ahmed Fahd Al-Fahd and Advisor of the Prince Office Mohammad Abdullah Abu Al-Hassan.

    The delegation includes other eminent senior officials from the fields of economy, politics and culture.

HM King Mohammed VI holds talks with Amir of Kuwait
Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI held talks, on Thursday at the Royal Cabinet in Rabat, with the Amir of Kuwait, HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
 
    The talks were attended by Deputy Chief of Kuwait's National Guard Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

HM the King and Amir of Kuwait chair signing ceremony of several cooperation agreements
Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI, accompanied by Prince Moulay Rachid, and HH the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, presided, on Thursday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, over the signing ceremony of four agreements to reinforce bilateral cooperation.
 
    A Memorandum of Understanding on the contribution of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development to the programme of funding Morocco's high-speed train project was signed by Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah and the Moroccan Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri.

      The second agreement, which aims at promoting security cooperation, was inked by Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah and the Moroccan Interior Minister Taieb Cherqaoui.

      The third accord is related to the guarantee agreement on the development of electricity transmission in the southern provinces of the Kingdom. It was signed by Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, and the Moroccan Economy and Finance Minister Salaheddine Mezouar.

    The fourth agreement, which was signed by Kuwaiti Finance Minister Mostafa Jassem Al-Shamali and the Moroccan trade, Industry and new technologies Minister Ahmed Reda Chami, provides for industrial cooperation.

    The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi and members of the delegation accompanying the Amir of Kuwait.

HM the King offers an official luncheon in honor of the Amir of Kuwait
Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI, accompanied by Prince Moulay Rachid and Prince Moulay Ismail, offered on Thursday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, an official luncheon in honor of the Amir of Kuwait, HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on an official visit to Morocco at the invitation of the Sovereign.
 
    The luncheon was attended by the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House of counsellors, advisers of HM the King, government members, civil and military dignitaries, as well as the members of the official delegation accompanying the Amir of Kuwait.

    After the luncheon, a formal farewell ceremony was held in honor of the Amir of Kuwait.
