Speaker of Mexico's Chamber of Deputies Hails Morocco's 'Significant' Efforts to Solve Sahara Issue

Speaker of Mexico's Chamber of Deputies (Senate), Francisco Javier Ramirez Acuna hailed, Tuesday in Rabat, Morocco's "significant" efforts to find a solution to the Sahara issue.

 

    In a statement to the press following his meeting with Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), Khalihenna Ould Errachid, the Mexican official commended the efforts made by Morocco to reach a lasting solution to the Sahara issue within the United Nations framework.
    He added that "taking suitable decisions within the international organizations' framework represents a very intelligent and civilized position in the modern world."
   Earlier, Ramirez Acuna met Speakers of Morocco's Lower and Upper Houses, Abdelwahed Radi and Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah respectively.
