The 2011 Grand Prix of the annual international forum, Medays, was awarded to the Libyan people in recognition of the courage they displayed in overthrowing the repressive regime of Gadhafi and of their aspirations to a democratic state, announced the Forum’s organizers on Wednesday in Tangier.
