Members of Moroccan delegation attacked by Polisario lodge complaint with South-African police
The members of the Moroccan delegation who were savagely attacked, on Tuesday night in Pretoria, by members of the Polisario, lodged on Wednesday a complaint with the South-African police.

"We filed a complaint for blows and injuries and asked the South-African police to ensure our safety," Lahcen Falah, president of the Moroccan delegation to the 17th world festival of youth and students told MAP.

He added that despite this attack, the delegation are keen to ensure the success of the festival and to pursue efforts to defend the national cause and lay bare the fallacious theses of the separatists.

The separatists of the Polisario used iron bars and sticks to attack the victims, who did not yield, throughout the day, to the repeated and intentional provocations and demonstrated a high spirit of political maturity, according to the head of the delegation.
