Moroccan PM meets Gabonese President

Moroccan Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi met, Tuesday in Tangier, with Gabonese President Haj Ali Bongo Ondimba, who is on a three-day official visit to Morocco.

Gabon's President reaffirmed, during this meeting, his country's full support for Morocco's territorial integrity, stressing that he has strong brotherly relations with HM King Mohammed VI, El Fassi told the press following the meeting.
El Fassi thanked the Gabonese President for the efforts made by his country to support Morocco’s national cause at the African level.
He added that Gabon has, along with other African countries, constantly called for the expulsion of the Polisario separatists from the African Union Organization.
During this meeting, President Ali Bongo highlighted Gabon's economic potential and development prospects in the fields of cooperation with Morocco, notably in the area of executive training, agriculture, mining and forest exploitation, El Fassi said.
