The announcement was made by their lawyers at a press conference on Thursday in Madrid.

    The daily had published the picture last January, but the Spanish channel publishded it on November, claiming it concerned the events which occurred in Laayoune early November.

    During this press conference, explanations were provided to media representatives on lies and misinformation of the Spanish TV channel.

     The family concerned had also announced on Thursday that they will sue Antena3.
