This is a hasty, partial, unfair and non-objective resolution, the Minister said at a press briefing, following the weekly cabinet meeting.
"We tremendously regret that the European Parliament, whose components are respected by the Kingdom as an embodiment of the European people's will, has sided with the Spanish popular party which is leading a hostile and reckless campaign against Morocco," Naciri underlined.
"We were expecting that the European Parliament will not be hasty in giving its ill-considered, unjustified and non-objective support for a party with well-known outdated colonialist bases," he added.
The Minister wondered "why the Popular Party, during the long Francoist night, did not write one line in favor of the Sahrawi people," stressing that "those who think they could sever Morocco of its Sahara are mistaken."
There are some sorcerer's apprentices who convinced Europe that it has everything to gain in making Morocco kneel down. Morocco, a country of proud and self-confident people, will never go down on its knees, he said.
"The Kingdom of Morocco, which embarked on an irreversible democratization process, is respectful of neighborliness, self-confident, and determined to build a Euro-Mediterranean zone of peace, cooperation, and stability," he underscored.
