  Ould Souilem hands Spanish Sovereign credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of HM King Mohammed VI

 King Juan Carlos of Spain received, on Monday at the Royal Palace in Madrid, Ahmedou Ould Souilem, who presented his credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of HM King Mohammed VI to Spain, Moroccan diplomatic sources said.

 

    On this occasion, the Spanish Sovereign instructed the new ambassador to convey his warm greetings and his feelings of consideration and respect to HM King Mohammed VI.
   
    King Juan Carlos also welcomed Ould Souilem, wishing him success in his diplomatic mission in Spain.
   
    The audience was notably attended by Spanish Foreign Minister Trinidad Jimenez.
   
    Morocco's new ambassador in Spain arrived, on Saturday in Madrid, where he was greeted at the Barajas airport by several senior officials of the Spanish Foreign Ministry and Arab ambassadors in Spain, as well as by members of the Moroccan diplomatic corps accredited in the Spanish capital.
