  PM represents HM the King in inauguration ceremony of Ivory Coast's Pres. elect
Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi  Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi represented HM King Mohammed VI in the inauguration ceremony, on Saturday in Yamoussoukro, of Ivory Coast's President elect Alassane Dramane Ouattara.
 

     The ceremony was attended by several African head of states, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, as well as representatives of numerous regional and international organizations.
