During this meeting attended by France's Ambassador in Rabat Bruno Joubert, both parties examined issues related to the Moroccan-French relations, mainly ties of friendship and cooperation between Paris and the Moroccan cities of Rabat and Casablanca.

    Delanoë, chairman of international association of French-speaking mayors (AIMF), recalled his talks with some Moroccan mayors, namely those of Essaouira, Marrakech and Agadir, who are members of the AIMF.
