Prince Moulay Rachid will participate on Monday in the formal opening session of the Summit and the meetings behind closed doors between President Nicolas Sarkozy and the heads of state, government and delegations from 51 African countries.
    The Prince will also attend a dinner to be offered, on Monday night at the Palais des Rois Sardis in Nice, by President Nicolas Sarkozy in honor of heads of delegations and foreign ministers of countries participating in the Summit.
