"Morocco and Britain have maintained regular contacts that have developed in recent years on bilateral issues with a shared will to develop relations of economic cooperation and diversify them in the area of investment," Taib Fassi Fihri told MAP following the meeting.
The talks were also an opportunity to discuss a number of issues of common interest, particularly the situation in North Africa and in the Middle East, he added.
Fassi Fihri is currently visiting London to take part alongside a large ministerial delegation and Moroccan economic operators, in the first annual conference on investment opportunities in Morocco, which is taking place in the City of London.
