The head of the Moroccan mission, Communication Minister and Government Spokesperson, Khalid Naciri told MAP that he conveyed to the Saudi King HM King Mohammed VI's fraternal salutations.
King Abdallah Ibn Abdelaziz said in a speech on the occasion of the meeting that the sacred rite of Hajj is a confirmation of the Muslim brotherhood and a blessed grandiose gathering during which disparities, among people embracing the same religion, disappear.
The Saudi King said the "safety of God’s guests is a responsibility that should not be taken for granted," adding that "we will never allow anyone to disturb (…) this rite or undermine its serenity."
