The event is part of the official Royal Guard competition, held under the patronage of HM king Mohammed VI, supreme commander and Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.

    At the end of the competition, the Princess handed over the Grand Prix to Ahmed Darghal, who won the contest.

   The Princess also handed over awards to the four riders who followed in the standing.
