During a meeting with the Moroccan Ambassador to Kuwait Mohamed Belaich, the Kuwaiti official said that his country supports the Moroccan plan, as it enjoys credibility with the international community.

     In this regard, Al Kharafi urged the parties to the Sahara conflict to begin substantive negotiations, in accordance with relevant resolutions of the Security Council to find an "acceptable political solution" to this dispute, which threatens the stability and hampers development in the Maghreb region.
