Grieboski told the Washington based online TV channel "elmuhajer.com" that Morocco is distinguished among Arab countries by the reforms it has launched under the "proactive" leadership of HM King Mohammed VI.
In this respect, he shed light on the untiring efforts deployed by HM the king to reinforce the democratic process, reinvigorate the parliament and promote free transparent elections.
In Morocco, he said, citizens are free to fully enjoy their right to protest and express their claims, in contrast with the situation in neighbouring Algeria.
Morocco remains a stable and open country where democratic institutions are consolidated with respect to the historical, cultural and political specificities of the Kingdom Grieboski added.
Describing as « innovative » the approach adopted in treating the Sahara issue through the autonomy proposal, Grieboski deplored that the regional dispute continues to be fueled by Algeria.
The world does not want another Somalia in Africa, he said, making it clear that independence is simply not acceptable and not viable.
