The electronic version of the printed press takes various forms: the publication of foreign titles, such Achark Al Awsat, the printed version of which is also available in the Moroccan market; the publication of the first page of the national newspapers and magazines on their websites so as not to compete with their printed issues and finally the publication of the electronic press.
Despite its progress and opportunity that it gives to help the printed press overcome its problems, the electronic press suffers from a major problem, namely the absence of a legal framework as well as a deontologic code.
