Morocco Enjoys Profound Credibility within African, Arab Countries Thanks to HM the King's Wise Leadership
Morocco enjoys profound credibility and respect within African and Arab countries, thanks to the wise leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, said Sudan's Trade minister, Hatim Al-Sir Ali.
"The Kingdom of Morocco enjoys profound credibility and respect within African and Arab countries, thanks to the wise leadership of HM King Mohammed VI," he told MAP on the sidelines of his participation in the 11th ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (WTO), held in Buenos Aires.
The Sudanese official, who hailed Morocco's "wise" foreign policy, noted that the Kingdom is qualified to play a key role in solving the problems and conflicts on the African continent, because of the confidence it provides.
This "role is not new, it has been played by the Kingdom through history," he underlined.
The Sudanese minister also said that the talks he had with Moroccan secretary of state for Foreign Trade, Rkia Derham, were an opportunity to examine ways of increasing the volume of trade between the two countries, which have strong and developed political relations, but which remain below commercial and economic ambitions.
