Morocco, Indonesia Sign Three Agreements in Jakarta to Boost Bilateral Cooperation

Morocco and Indonesia signed on Thursday in Jakarta three agreements to increase trade and promote cooperation between the two countries, in the framework of Trade Expo Indonesia 2017.

These agreements include two Memoranda of Understanding signed between the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Fez-Meknes Region and the  Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Jakarta and Banten, with a view to boosting exchanges and exploring investment opportunities offered by the two countries.

A Morocco-Indonesia business council was also created with the aim of promoting, improving and developing trade and business relations.

Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2017 kicked off on Wednesday and is set to run through Oct. 15.

More than a thousand exhibitors are taking part in this annual event, which showcases a wide variety of goods and services.
