Morocco Participates in Europe's Largest Innovation Fair 'VivaTech'

Morocco takes part in Viva Technologie, Europe's largest innovation fair, which kicked off Thursday in Paris.

The fair, dedicated to innovation and the latest technological advances, was opened by French president Emmanuel Macron.

Morocco had participated in 2018 for the first time in this major event of digital innovation. As in the previous year, it is now back with a pavilion that will serve as a showcase for Moroccan startups.

The Moroccan delegation to this three-day fair is led by minister of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy, Moulay Hafid El Alamy, and is composed of key players in the digital ecosystem and innovation. Sixteen innovative Moroccan Tech Startups with strong potential are accompanying the Moroccan delegation.

Morocco’s participation in this event aims to present and promote the Moroccan technical ecosystem in terms of technological innovation.

VivaTech is the world’s rendezvous for startups and leaders to celebrate innovation. This international event, dedicated to the growth of startups, digital transformation and innovation, will take place on 16-18 May at Porte de Versailles in Paris. More than 100,000 visitors attended last year’s edition.
