Speaker of Lower House Meets with Hungarian Officials
Speaker of the House of Representatives (lower house) Habib El Malki, who started on Monday a working and friendship visit to Budapest, met with several Hungarian officials on reinforcing cooperation between the two countries in several areas of shared interest.
According to a statement by the house, El Malki met on Tuesday with Interior minister Sándor Pinter who lauded the excellent relations between the two countries and the potential of their cooperation.
El Malki underlined Morocco's role in the field of security on the back of its anticipation and watch strategy. He also recalled tolerant Islam which is spread by Morocco as a factor for institutional stability.
El Malki also met with human resources minister Zoltan Balog on different matters as health, education, culture, and sport.
The meetings were attended by Morocco's ambassador in Budapest Karima Kabbaj.
