'We Support and Will Continue to Support Morocco's Territorial Integrity’, Says PM of Saint Lucia
Prime minister, minister of Finance, Economic Development, Employment Creation, Foreign Affairs and Public Service of Saint Lucia, Allen Chastanet, reiterated, Thursday in Rabat, his country's support for the territorial integrity of Morocco.
"We support and will continue to support Morocco's territorial integrity," Chastanet told the press on the sidelines of the inauguration of the embassy of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) in Rabat.
This decision reflects the depth of relations between Morocco and the Caribbean countries, united by shared values and a win-win partnership, he said.
In a speech on this occasion, Chastanet stressed that Moroccan solidarity actions in times of natural disasters and its support for sustainable development in the Caribbean, as well as the position of the latter in favor of Morocco's territorial integrity, have contributed to strengthening ties between the various parties.
It is in this sense that the heads of government of OECS have decided to open a joint diplomatic representation in Rabat, he underlined.
