Moroccan People to Celebrate 12th Birthday of HRH Princess Lalla Khadija
The Royal family and the Moroccan people will celebrate on Thursday the twelfth birthday of HRH Princess Lalla Khadija.
On February 28, 2007, the Ministry of Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced the birth of HRH Princess Lalla Khadija, second child of HM King Mohammed VI after HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan.
On this day, after the news was welcomed with a 21 gun-salute, groups of Moroccans headed to the Royal Palace of Rabat to express their joy and happiness.
Under the watchful eye of HM King Mohammed VI, the opening of the first school year for HRH Princess Lalla Khadija took place in September 2011 at the Prince School in the Royal Palace in Rabat.
Recently, HRH the Princess took part in the official ceremonial welcome extended to HM King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain, chaired by HM King Mohammed VI, along with HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid and TRH Princesses Lalla Khadija, Lalla Meryem, Lalla Asmae, Lalla Hasnaa and Lalla Oum Keltoum.
