HM the King Congratulates Heads of State of Islamic Countries on Advent of Eid Al Fitr
On the occasion of the advent of Eid Al-Fitr, HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, sent messages of congratulations to the Heads of State of Islamic countries, extending to them his best wishes of health and happiness, and wishing their brotherly peoples more progress and prosperity.
In these messages, HM the King underlined that "this is a blessed occasion that reminds Muslims of the sublime values they share, values that are derived from the lofty ideals advocated by our holy religion".
"As a religion of moderation, Islam calls for fraternity, solidarity and mutual aid, in addition to coexistence and understanding between the different peoples and civilizations," said the royal messages.
The sovereign concluded his messages by praying the Almighty to renew such an occasion and bring the Islamic Ummah more prosperity and well-being in an environment where peace, security and stability prevail.
