HM The King Congratulates HM King Felipe VI Of Spain On The Occasion Of His Accession To The Throne

  HM King Mohammed VI sent a congratulation letter to His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain on the occasion of his accession to the throne.

   In this letter, His Majesty expressed to the new sovereign and all the royal family his warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for health, happiness, and peace, wishing the Spanish Monarch success in his high mission in the service of the Spanish people for further progress and prosperity.

  The Sovereign said he was convinced that HM King Felipe VI of Spain, known for his great human qualities, political know-how, and high competence, will continue with determination the march of the Kingdom of Spain on the path to further progress and prosperity.

   His Majesty the King expressed to the new King of Spain his deep pride in the strong friendship and mutual esteem uniting the two royal families, and the quality of relations between Morocco and Spain in terms of cooperation and active solidarity.

   The Sovereign expressed his firm determination to coordinate with His Majesty King Felipe VI to preserve the great personal friendship that has always united the sovereigns of the two kingdoms, while working to further strengthen the bonds of friendship and good neighborhood between the two people within the framework of bilateral cooperation or through the advanced status granted to Morocco in its relations with the European Union.

   HM the King welcomed the influential and active presence of Spain in its regional and international environment, thanks to its wise policy, which stems from its deep commitment to the values ??of freedom, democracy, solidarity and coexistence between the different cultures and civilizations, noting that  these values were shared and promoted by the father of the new king, Juan Carlos I, thanks to his various efforts and initiatives.
