HM the King inaugurated in the Ait Youssef Ouali commune the inter-village wholesale market (Ghiss-nekkor) and the Al Hoceima inter-village slaughterhouse.

The Beni Bouayach urban upgrading integrated program concerns reinforcing under-equipped neighborhoods, protecting the commune against flood risks, strengthening road network, extending electric, purification and drinking water networks and developing economy.

Worth over 206 million dirhams, the three-year program provides for building sports grounds, a socio-sports complex, a commercial complex, a mosque, as well as developing public squares.

The reception, training and integration center for women in difficult circumstances, carried out as part of the INDH for an amount of 3.4 million dirhams, will offer legal assistance for women in distress, reinforce their capacities, raise their awareness and provide all help necessary.

Housing sewing and handicraft workshops, in addition to computer and literacy rooms, the new center will provide a training that ensures for these women economic and social independence.

As for the social reception center for youth training and integration, it relies on training through apprenticeship as a tool for social and professional integration. Totaling 3.6 million dirhams, the new facility will contribute to the blossoming and  the socialization of young people and the development of their competences for a better integration in the job market.

The inter-village slaughterhouse was built over a surface area of 10,000 square meters for 25 million dirhams. It comprises slaughtering and storage rooms, cold rooms, a waste water treatment plant, stalls, a quarantine area and an incinerator.

Concerning the inter-village wholesale market "Ghiss-nekkor" (23 mln dirhams), it was constructed over 30,380 square meters and includes mainly a covered fruit and vegetable market, storage areas, and sales areas.
