ONDA Celebrates Moroccans Worldwide Across All Morocco's Airports

The Moroccan Airports Authority (ONDA) celebrated on Sunday the return of Moroccans worldwide with an exceptional reception on the occasion of the National Day of Moroccan Expatriates.

On this occasion, ONDA reaffirmed its commitment to the Moroccan worldwide community through a day of strong symbolic significance, marked by simple gestures that conveyed powerful emotions of welcome, belonging and homecoming, the Office stated in a press release.

According to the press release, cultural activities, Moroccan hospitality, coordination of services, and operational quality highlighted the day, which was designed as a powerful gesture of commitment and recognition toward Moroccans around the world.

Each summer, millions of Moroccans travel by air to return to their roots. For the 25th edition of Marhaba operation, held under the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, ONDA, faithful to its public service mission, implemented an exceptional reception system combining efficiency, humanity and proximity.

From June 10, 2025, the Kingdom's airports have been mobilized to handle the seasonal peak in traffic, with a goal shared by all institutional partners (the National Police, the Royal Gendarmerie, the Ministry of the Interior, and Customs) and airport authorities to guarantee that Moroccan expatriates enjoy a smooth, fluid and warm welcome upon their arrival.
