HRH Princess Lalla Meryem Presides In Marrakech Over Official Opening Of 4th "Fadae Ennass" Fair

HRH Princess Lalla Meryem presided, Friday in Jemaâ El Fna square, over the official opening of the 4th fine arts "Fadae Ennass" fair, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of HM King Mohammed VI.

Princess Lalla Meryem visited the various stands of the exhibition held under the theme "Addikra Addahabia" and which brings together around fifty Moroccan and foreign artists from Ukraine, Sweden, Italy, the US, Algeria and Russia.

The event, which runs until April 28, aspires to confirm and reinforce the vital role that art plays in human development, strengthen the spirit of citizenship, and foster the values of creativity, imagination and the sense of beauty in the Moroccan society.

This artistic event also aims to meet the expectations of the Moroccan public through strong communication gateways, enable artists to meet and share their experiences in this field, and contribute to the development of tourism through art in its capacity as a universal language and a tool of communication.

Once completed, the fifty paintings will be mounted in mosaic on a platform that will be shown for a month in Jemaa El Fna square, in addition to photographs of HM King Mohammed VI.

This artistic event is organized in partnership with the ministries of culture, tourism, and Housing, urban planning and urban policy, the province of Marrakech, the Council of the Marrakech-Tensift -Al Haouz, the Municipal Council of the City and the Regional Centre for Tourism (CRT) in Marrakech
