HM the King Congratulates Laos President on National Day

His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Thongloun Sisoulith, on the occasion of his country's National Day.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warmest congratulations to Sisoulith and His sincere wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the people of Laos.

"I should like you to know how much I value the relations based on friendship and cooperation between our countries. I therefore look forward to continuing to work with Your Excellency to strengthen our ties, for the mutual benefit of our peoples."
