HM the King Extends Condolences to King of Jordan over Passing of His Uncle
HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and compassion to HM King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, Sovereign of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, following the passing of his uncle, HRH Prince Muhammed bin Talal.
In this message, HM the King said he learned with deep sorrow the passing of HRH Prince Muhammed bin Talal, who responded to God's call in these blessed days of the holy month of Ramadan.
In this sad circumstance, the Sovereign expressed to HM King Abdullah II and, through him, to all the members of the illustrious Royal Family and to the brotherly people of Jordan, His heartfelt condolences and sincere feelings of compassion, imploring the Almighty to grant them patience and consolation.
HM the King said he shares the grief of the Royal Family over this cruel loss, praying God to amply reward the deceased for the commendable services rendered to his Homeland and to welcome him into His vast paradise among the virtuous.
