Morocco Ranks 66th In Industrial Competitiveness

Morocco is ranking 66th in terms of industrial competitiveness, according to the global report on industrial performance published by the UN industrial development Organization (UNIDO).

 In addition to 8 basic indicators, the report takes into account an industrial competitive index which compared countries' capacities to produce and export its processed goods in a competitive manner.

 In the Middle East and North Africa region, Morocco is behind Egypt (62), but precedes Oman (69) and Jordan (72).

 Japan ranks first, ahead of Germany and Korea.
